Installer was making sure the carpet wasn't in the wrong place. Tested it many times before he left. Put in one extra outlet to keep battery working. Had 2 refresh visits a couple of years later. One to change the height of one of the chairs. And the other visit to make sure carpet was still out of the way. Repair technician was good and professional. Well worth bringing groceries and laundry up the stairs.
