- JCJa ChoozSep 21, 20265.0My stairlift stopped working after a big basement flood at my house. I did my own troubleshooting and found that the batteries were fried from the water. I live in a pretty rural area and couldn't get any other companies to come out. Not only did 101 mobility come out, but they have me a great price!! Customer service was incredible! The owner Rick took great care of me. I highly recommend them to everyone! 🩷🩷

They installed an Elevator in our home for our 9 year old son who uses a wheelchair. First they tried to give us a monetary incentive to skip the permit. First red flag, thankfully we didn’t accept. Their carpenters did not add load baring beam to support the elevator safely. They were not respectful of our home leaving garbage all over and even destroying our bathroom if you know what I mean. Disgusting. They would tell us they were coming then never show up making my husband miss extra days of work over and over. Thankfully the inspector made them hire a Structural Engineer to do it properly and safely. Taking a lot more time to install than they told us it would be. Months longer! So now our son has had bilateral hip surgery with a horrible long recovery and the elevator stopped working after only a few uses. We reached out many times over the last two weeks, calls ands emails. No response. We do not recommend this company!
