- LCLynn ChestersApr 9, 20265.0They've been great from the start. Came out to my house to discuss how I want it set up. I have two short different stairs sections at the entrance. Installer was making sure the carpet wasn't in the wrong place. Tested it many times before he left. Put in one extra outlet to keep battery working. Had 2 refresh visits a couple of years later. One to change the height of one of the chairs. And the other visit to make sure carpet was still out of the way. Repair technician was good and professional. Well worth bringing groceries and laundry up the stairs.

Rick explained the product and installation process thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable, for sure. The installers were pleasant, thorough and professional. No mess either! They were finished installing two chair lifts in a little over two hours. Amazing! I am very happy with the product and their wonderful customer service. Thanks Rick and staff.
