- SHsyed jafer Hussain3 days ago4.0The optometrist was really good! The only caveat was the confusing and unclear pricing. I wish they had explained the costs in detail before the exam instead of presenting unexpected fees afterward. The way the charges and insurance coverage were explained was very confusing, and it was difficult to understand what was covered and what wasn’t. I really wish they would simplify their pricing and clearly explain all potential costs upfront, especially when it comes to what insurance covers and what the patient is responsible for. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the customer service experience were very disappointing.

She was very helpful without rushing me or being overbearing. She listened and selected great frame options! Thanks to her I ended up picking something that wasn’t even on my radar. She was very personable and friendly! Thank you Imani for making spending my money a little easier! Lol. 10/10

Dr. Lingk listened to my story & dissatisfaction, then gave me a most thorough exam. With the expense of a second pair of glasses within one year, I put my trust in Bridget, Store Manager. She does a fantastic job of measuring, finding the right style for my face, lifestyle & personality. Her expertise with insurance & Sunbit gave me confidence to buy a fabulous frame + a second pair with the special promotion. This Pearle Vision store, Oakbrook Terrace is the best for exam, new glasses, contacts & adjustments.

Upon entering i noticed the nice setup plenty of desk with attendants, greetings and smiles. I was easily checked in and promptly ushered into the exam room after being prepped to see the doctor, the exam was very thorough and I was impressed with the doctor. Then check out time i was seated with a very knowledgeable agent that took good care of me. My overall experience was great
