We're located in Downtown Oak Park just steps away from the historic Lake Street movie theater, on the ground floor of the Albion apartment building.
Convenient parking is located at the Lake and Forest garage and is free for the first 60 minutes.

I found a great slow flow class led by Natasha that particular morning which I took before my flight back to Denver. It was the perfect combination of gently paced movements coupled with strength building poses. Lovely community. Welcoming friendly and supportive!

The classes are diverse and each person is there to improve themselves at their own pace and level, with help from the instructors. Définitely try it!
