My son Renshawn and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the For Eyes Oak Park location, and I especially want to recognize Justin and Allison for providing some of the BEST customer service we have received anywhere. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure our entire experience—from our eye exams to choosing our glasses—was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. What impressed me most was their patience and attention to detail while helping us select our frames. They took the time to help both of us find glasses that not only fit properly but also looked great on us. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, they listened to what we liked, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure we were completely happy with our choices. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone truly cares about the experience they provide, and Justin and Allison truly care. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, knowledge, and personalities made such a difference in our visit. For Eyes is extremely lucky to have them representing the Oak Park location. Employees like Justin and Allison are the reason customers come back and recommend a business to others.
