Do not take your kids here unless you want to invest double the time they will originally quote you. I went here as a teenager and spent five years with Invisalign and never finished my trays. The front desk would frequently miscount weeks which would mess with my appointments and then I’d have to wait for availability. They would tell me one thing and then when my mom would follow up, it would be a different story.
I ended up just getting a permanent retainer because I couldn’t deal with the office anymore.
He may have great results, but he prepared to spend YEARS at this place. Anyone I knew that went here had LENGTHY treatment times.

From the moment we walk in, we are always welcomed by the front desk staff. Dr. Wirtz's office is clean and organized & everything runs right on schedule. My son really appreciates how comfortable Dr. Wirtz & his staff makes him feel—definitely a positive experience! Thank you!
