- RSRaman Singh3 days ago1.0I was seven minutes late for my appointment due to delays at work, I am a physician myself and my last patient was very complicated. They refuse to see me because their no-show policy is five minutes. I wanted to speak to the optometrist which I was not allowed to, just ask for some compassion to hopefully fit me in and again I was denied, I feel like there is absolutely no compassion at this location, all I heard was unfortunately… Unfortunately… Unfortunately. If somebody came to see me and they were willing to wait to be seen, I would definitely give them that option. I guess that physicians are different. Would recommend going to a different site, there’s 10 employees waiting out front and i’m not sure what they’re actually doing Besides saying hello, that money could be better used to pay for additional optometrist so that they could actually take care of people

- JSjeremy segalSep 16, 20261.0The optometrist there was using broken equipment and ended up getting my prescription wrong. I said the final script looked blurry but he told me I had a lazy eye and it was uncorrectable. He also looked at my retina scan and told me I had bleeding behind my left macula and needed an urgent scan at the ophthalmologist’s office. So I took a half day off of work and paid $400 for an ophtho work up only to be told there was nothing there. I had to pay $130 to go get a second opinion prescription at Target optical. They got the script right and did the normal thing of having me try on test glasses to reality check it. They looked at my retina and said it was normal. I told them about the first appt and they said “there’s a shadow there, it it’s a freckle.” I paid $400 to go have a freckle looked at. Warby at least agreed to remake my lenses with the proper prescription, but only gave me $85 back, so I’m still out over $600 including the extra pair I bought from Zenni that also has the wrong prescription. Warby Parker makes nice glasses, but do NOT get your eyes examined at this location.
