- GCGoogle CJun 1, 20265.0Great sunglasses here and nice staff. The girl here is very nice. Would recommend.
- TGTammy GrahamMay 12, 20265.0I have 3 pairs of Oliver Peoples sunglasses and love them. I was on vacation to Chicago and has just purchased a new pair when I was in Boston. It was sunny out and pulled my glasses out and the lens fell out on the ground and broke. I stopped into the Oakbrook mall and Omar helped me. He took them in the back and looked up my account and gave me a new pair. Customer service is amazing and highly recommend the sunglasses and frames for prescription as my husband has 6 pairs of frames in glasses and sunglasses. Very happy. .
- RHrr hensonjrAug 13, 20245.0Service was impeccable. Appreciate the help on choosing frames, including multiple colors to choose from on transition lenses.
- MDMichael DanielsJul 16, 20235.0Alexis was an absolute treasure during my entire shopping experience. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. I will definitely come back to her again for any recommendations and suggestions. She is absolutely fabulous—it is crystal clear that she loves what she does & knows luxury brands well.
- BSBeau SchneissAug 2, 20225.0I drove from the city to this store due to all the poor reviews from the Rush St location. Michelle assisted me during my appointment and did a fantastic job. She is truly knowledgeable about the products, has an eye for detail, and excellent overall esthetic/taste. Keep up the great work!
