Mugen Psychiatry is an outpatient psychiatry practice in Oak Brook, Illinois, serving DuPage County, the western suburbs and Chicago. It is led by Alan Akira, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist. A team of 15 psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and schizophrenia Visits are in person at 600 W 22nd St, Suite 260, Oak Brook, or by telehealth anywhere in Illinois. Mugen Psychiatry is accepting new patients and is in network with Medicare, Illinois Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Carelon, and UnitedHealthcare. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM Central.
