- KAKarina AguirreMay 9, 20261.0I never feel the need to leave poor comments, as it makes me uncomfortable but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing for a very dear friend of mine 😔 I went into this location with a friend. She had ordered progressive glasses and she needed some adjustments because this is her first time wearing progressive bifocal lenses , the manager there dismissed her when she had concerns about her prescription being off and had a horrible attitude. She did not give my friend a chance to explain herself when she was already almost shutting her up, dismissing her concerns and her facial expression seemed to be of someone whose is very mad, frustrated and not very professional. My friend paid $700 for her glasses just for the manager not to give her the chance to speak about concerns she was having and how they could resolve the issues she was having. My friend was very unhappy with the service but the manager had a very hostile demeanor so we just left and hoped her glasses did end up working out for her.

It took me a while to get the $ together, but I was FINALLY able to put my order in on April 23rd. I was told they would arrive in “5-10 days”. Tmrrw will be a week, so I decided to check with them to find out the status. The lady now tells me they are expected to be in May 8th 😕 May 8th?! That would be 15 days. Setting the correct expectations for your clients really makes a difference
