  I never feel the need to leave poor comments, as it makes me uncomfortable but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing for a very dear friend of mine 😔 I went into this location with a friend. She had ordered progressive glasses and she needed some adjustments because this is her first time wearing progressive bifocal lenses , the manager there dismissed her when she had concerns about her prescription being off and had a horrible attitude. She did not give my friend a chance to explain herself when she was already almost shutting her up, dismissing her concerns and her facial expression seemed to be of someone whose is very mad, frustrated and not very professional. My friend paid $700 for her glasses just for the manager not to give her the chance to speak about concerns she was having and how they could resolve the issues she was having. My friend was very unhappy with the service but the manager had a very hostile demeanor so we just left and hoped her glasses did end up working out for her.

  So far, not very happy. I’ve needed new glasses for YEARS, so I’m very excited for them to come in. It took me a while to get the $ together, but I was FINALLY able to put my order in on April 23rd. I was told they would arrive in “5-10 days”. Tmrrw will be a week, so I decided to check with them to find out the status. The lady now tells me they are expected to be in May 8th 😕 May 8th?! That would be 15 days. Setting the correct expectations for your clients really makes a difference

  Absolutely the best day experience as new insurance for 2026 and thus new provider for eye exam and receiving new much needed glasses from the doctor in site there, and she was absolutely the best technician i say with assistance measuring and to her professional friendly self, a young lady by the name of Ruby, truly was a blessing working with me holding my breath as to complete financial funds needed and she there were no hiccups by me, just a heartfelt thank you and then heard Macy’s 10O year anniversary, Jane in the bargain basement i would say from Fields in Chicago would shop, eat when working in Chicago, well she was so accommodating and too keeping me in check on my senior fixed budget and getting some chocolates, a coffee mug,

  From the second I walked the staff greeted me nicely and helped me with my needs . They were very well versed on the store and all it offers to the general public. Very pleasant experience from the front staff to the doctor on site sho gave me a very thorough examination of my eyes after suffering. All in all a very pleasant experience from the! Two thumbs up 👍👍

  I had a scheduled appointment as was seen immediately. Time is of the essence these days and that was very important to me. Dr.Khan is extremely thorough and took her time to ensure that the exam was properly done! The staff is great! Steven & Marty were very helpful and kind. They both assisted with the pre-exam testing and also helping me pick out my new glasses and provided honest feedback. Greatly appreciated!
