Only charged $25 to add new script lenses in my favorite old frames. Big savings vs new frames. AVC has all the top of line products as well as less expensive options.

The office staff is great too. They were able to get me in to see Dr Hamm quickly and helped me get my records from somewhere else very quickly also.

- ACAyanna CollinsMay 4, 20261.0I made an appointment a year ago for my routine appointment. Once I arrived, receptionist stated they had double booked because I didn’t confirm through text message. Text message states to call to reschedule, I never rescheduled. I also called a few weeks and spoke to receptionist to remind me of my appointment. The client who arrived after me stated “Thank you for letting me know of the early appointment.” I did not receive a phone call or text today asking if I would not be in today or to reschedule. If a client does not call to inform you they will not be in, do not “ double book or inconvenience them.” I drove from St. Louis, Mo. I ask that you at least call and confirm that a client will not be in before you double book and inconvenience that client. I noticed I received a reminder text a week ago while working. Phones are not allowed in my department.
