I have worked with three different instructors and they have all been wonderful, very knowledgeable and great at tailoring the workout to my specific needs and limitations. Starting a program at a new place can be intimidating, but everyone has been warm and inviting. I am so happy that I found them!

My strength has improved and it has really helped my back pain. I feel healthy and strong and my balance and mobility have increased significantly. I am so thankful to Sandy, Michelle, Tami and Julie that have been my instructors on this journey! Would highly recommend and encourage others to give it a try!
