What a great experience I had in Lens Crafters! And the reason is the professional, knowledgeable, courteous salesperson Julio! He took time to help me pick perfect pair of sunglasses and then customize them to my preferences. He is indeed an outstanding employee and I appreciate his efforts on my behalf.

Went into the store with several sunglasses that had various issues with missing parts for the nose piece. Had no expectation of really getting help since they were not purchased there.
I worked with Ghazala, one of the employees. I showed her one pair with a missing part. She asked if I had any other others. She looked at all and asked me to wait a few minutes. About 5 to 10 minutes later all were fixed!!! Ghazala saved me a couple hundred dollars from having to purchase replacement sunglasses. Will definitely use lens crafters in the future!!

Getting a 30-minute turnaround felt like a true blessing. My nephew, visiting from another country, had lost his glasses while waterboarding and was unable to see properly. His entire trip was at risk because he couldn’t enjoy nature without his glasses. We tried various options, but everyone told us it would take at least 7 to 14 days. We had already made plans and were on the verge of canceling, worried he wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. Desperate, we decided to visit Warby Parker, but it seemed impossible for them to help us quickly. Thankfully, the staff there was kind enough to direct us toward LensCrafters at Northbrook Court.
The team at LensCrafters welcomed us with warmth. We explained our situation, sharing that we only had an expired prescription. They immediately arranged an appointment with a doctor, obtained the new prescription, and the manager graciously took the time to cut the lenses and craft the glasses—all within just 30 minutes. The entire process took a little over an hour and a half.
This swift and compassionate service was truly remarkable. If anyone ever finds themselves in urgent need of glasses, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. They offer not just great service but genuine kindness and understanding.

I had a great experience with customer service today. Rachel Medina was very professional, patient, and helpful while assisting me with fixing the microphone issue on my Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses. She explained everything clearly, took the time to understand the problem, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent support and positive attitude. Thank you, Rachel, for the outstanding customer service!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
