Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

She immediately gave me attitude, defensively claiming that the store had tried to call me and that I hadn't answered. When she checked my insurance, she informed me that I did not have vision coverage. Wanting to proceed with my appointment anyway, I politely told her it was no problem and that I would pay out of pocket. Instead of processing my check-in, she simply stared at me with a blank expression, offering absolutely no assistance. Furthermore, I asked if someone could look at two pairs of my glasses. She flatly told me that she could not help me and insisted I had to return to the specific Pearle Vision where I purchased them in Oak Brook, IL. Because of her dismissive behavior and refusal to help, I left and contacted the Oak Brook location directly. The staff at Oak Brook explicitly confirmed that the front desk employee at your location was completely incorrect, that she absolutely could have helped me, and that she simply chose not to. To be treated with hostility, lied to, and turned away as a paying customer who was ready to handle the costs out of pocket is entirely unacceptable. This employee's behavior was unprofessional, lazy, and a terrible representation of the Pearle Vision brand.

They have always been the best at getting my frames, lenses, and contacts right every time. I don’t even work or live in the area anymore but I still make the 40 minute drive to see Dr William, Fely and the rest of the team. They’re really the best experience I’ve ever had.
