Came here for the first time got glasses the prescription doesn’t feel right. I have given it a total of 3 weeks to adjust and nothing has changed. I have been wearing my old glasses that I can see better with and now I am out of the money I paid and I still use the glasses with my old prescription 😞

I had high expectations for this place because it seemed really nice, but my experience was honestly disappointing and uncomfortable. I visited with my siblings, and instead of feeling welcomed, we were met with constant, unsettling stares from one of the employees. She was a blonde woman wearing glasses who was sitting at the tables, and her behavior immediately stood out. Rather than offering assistance or creating a friendly environment, she seemed to watch us the entire time, which made us feel judged and out of place. What made the situation even worse was that security showed up while we were there, and then left right after we did. It felt unnecessary and added to the discomfort of the experience. I was actually planning on making a purchase—specifically the Meta glasses—but the atmosphere completely changed my mind. No customer should feel unwelcome or scrutinized when simply trying to shop. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service from this employee really ruined what could have been a great visit. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures all customers are treated with respect. And you can see by the amount of bad reviews this has, DO NOT GO!!!!!!

Despite a scheduled appt, I wasnt seen and was waiting for 40 mins after the optician did what she needed to. Mind you, my contacts were off so how much can one see in that time while waiting around? I was quoted a certain price but somehow got charged for a whole lot more which I was not a fan of. If you are going to quote me for what I specified, how the hell do you charge me $60 for a standard exam when I stated I needed only contacts examination? I would have rather gone to Walmart or costco had i known they were going to have hidden fees.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
