  It was my first time there. Andrea was very helpful in explaining everything of what was going on with the testing and very patient with my blinking eyes I will be recommending this location to friends and family.

  I had a wonderful experience here. Manager Kathy went above and beyond with her professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Being a client for a year, very satisfied till know. They know what they’re doing!

  This is my second time coming to this location. Had an appointment and was taken care of on time. Very professional, friendly staff. The doctor took his time explaining the different exams and the pros and cons of all my options. He was very friendly and personable. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase anything.

  Terrible management. Both the male team lead and the store assistant manager made up and lied to my face that my insurance benefits could not be used to purchase a prescription model of Meta glasses. A model specifically made for prescription only and not sunglasses. After I asked to order only the frame, as I would be purchasing the lenses else where. The face and immediate response with false information to me not wanting to pay for overpriced lenses said it all. Not to mention the leads reaction and bickering with his co-worker, making us wait for about 10 minutes while they decided what lie to give us rather than verifying with my insurance company if they had any doubts. They even continued to lie even after I told them I had called my insurance prior to coming. But of course all they were interested in was running up their sales numbers. Attempting to force me to pay an inflated price by attempting to have me pay for a full set out of pocket without with lenses. Rather of allowing me to use my vision insurance (EyeMed) to only purchase the frame, which pays $150 per frame plus and additional 20 percent off on the remaining frame balance. Which of course using my vision benefits would mean paying $306 for only the frame vs paying over $1k for a full set without insurance. Do not go here without first doing your research as I did by calling my vision insurance prior to going to the store. They will lie to your face because they are more worried about their sales numbers thinking they can fool everyone by telling them things like “you cant use your vision benefits on AI glasees” like they attempted with me. I went straight to another Lenscrafters and purchase my Meta frames within 5 minutes using my vision insurance with no issues.
