  Absolutely phenomenal service by Mike and Katie. They were super nice and helpful with adjusting my and my mom’s meta glasses to fit our faces perfectly. Will be coming back to get glasses and contacts here from now on!

  The team at the Harlem & Irving Plaza Lens Crafters is wonderful! Their glasses selection is great, but the customer service is what stands out most. The connections felt genuine and unforced, which is impressive in general, but especially so when it's busy. They really take care in every step - from the welcome greeting and explaining new prescriptions, to helping to select frames. I wish I had written down names so I could personally call people out for making this such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

  I usually have a good experience here, Dr. Tran is great! And Anna the receptionist is very nice and helpful. Last year my son had severe allergies that were effecting his eyes. Dr. Tran prescribed medicated drops along with over the counter meds, and within a few days my sons eyes were back to normal. Well Four days ago I brought my son in for the same seasonal problem, and we unfortunately had to see Dr. Slonke. She was ok during the exam, which I had no problem paying out of pocket. Well She decided not to prescribe my son the eye drops that helped him the previous year, even after saying how much she can tell his eyes were bothering him. she said long term use can cause side effects (he would not use them long term) she said if he doesn’t get better using over the counter drops she would prescribe the medicated ones in two weeks when we come back for a follow up which would be another $70. Ok fine. Well today (only 4 days later) my son’s eyes are not getting better and he has been miserable. Very red, swollen, and itchy. I called her asking to put that prescription in and she refused because she said I’d have to bring him in again & pay for another visit. How ridiculous! He was just there a few days ago!! you know what is wrong, and you know what he needs. She is all about the money and does not care about her patients. 👎

  It was my first time there. Andrea was very helpful in explaining everything of what was going on with the testing and very patient with my blinking eyes I will be recommending this location to friends and family.
