  Erika was very very helpful... we asked questions and she answered them.. she found us the best way to save money and the better way to go... we each got 2 pairs today.. so that was very helpful.. she was very friendly and it was nice talking with her.. It was a pleasure going for glasses today.. thank you Erika

  Kayla was the best, she was so patient and helpful during my experience. She helped me with the payment process and was very attentive and knowledgeable with helping me pick out glasses. Super sweet girl! :)

  Exceptional customer service thanks to Destiny and Lily! I can’t say enough great things about Destiny and Lily at For Eyes! They consistently go above and beyond to take care of my family, and what makes them truly special is the personal attention and genuine care they show every time we visit. My son Max has a habit of bending his glasses (LOL), and no matter how many times we bring them in, Destiny and Lily are always incredibly patient, friendly, and happy to help get them back in shape. They know my family, remember us, and always make us feel welcome. It’s refreshing to find people who take such pride in what they do and genuinely care about the customers they serve. Destiny and Lily don’t just provide excellent customer service; they build relationships and make you feel like family. Thank you both for always taking such great care of Max and our family! Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile never go unnoticed. You’re both a tremendous asset to For Eyes, and the reason we’ll continue coming back.

  My overall experience was great starting with my optometrist who was very informative and the salesperson, Janay, was very helpful and patient while I selected my frames. She took the time to suggest different frames offered her recommendations as to which frames fit me best. This is my second my time dealing with Janay and both times have been extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this For Eyes location.

After having a terrible experience at LensCrafters right across the street, walking into For Eyes was like a breath of fresh air! A HUGE shoutout to Destiny, Daniel, and Janay! These three went above and beyond to turn a frustrating experience into an absolutely amazing one. Their professionalism, friendliness, patience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were second to none! It’s rare these days to walk into a store and feel like the employees truly care about you as a customer, but that’s exactly what happened here.
