- ALAlex L.Oct 9, 20262.0Classes are overall pretty decent. Their leveling system is a plus. Their instructor selection is not. The constant denominator with negativity is the instructor Coleen. She carries her awful attitude outside of the class and into the ears of others, including more staff and members. It’s been allowed for quite some time now and makes for a toxic environment. I moved my membership to another location because I would prefer to be in an adult environment.

Tries to charge late fees for late fees ...takes classes away until you give up and pay whatever she deems appropriate. I have been going there for over 2-1/2 years but this manager had me move my membership to a different group. Sad. Hope the owner figures this out.

I’ve only been able to get in 2 classes in 2 weeks. Also would like to mention that I got a 10 minute notice that they had an opening. How would anyone be able to get to class in 10 minutes?? Staff & management super friendly, but keep in mind if you get the unlimited membership you will have a hard time booking classes.
