Terrible customer service. I went in for first time to a complementary class and the instructor was very rude. She would look at her phone while speaking to a women who had questions about the kinds of memberships they had. She was speaking to us in a rude tone during class while we try new exercises . Very disrespectful.

Hoping others learn from my mistake. Everyone who works at this location and the facility itself are perfectly nice. My complaint is about the membership policies. I have a decent amount of experience with pilates and believed I knew what I was signing up for, however after beginning to take classes it became clear to me that this studio did not have the kind of rigor I was hoping for and the classes didn’t feel like a good use of my time. Because of the cancellation policy, and despite me letting them know it wasn’t a good fit within the first month, I ended up paying $468 to attend two classes with the smallest possible membership package. I would be very, very wary of signing up for this studio unless you are prepared to pay an egregious penalty if it doesn't end up working out.

2 months in, and I already waiting to cancel my membership! The only good coach was Mike, he is super patient, direct and knowledgeable . Today was the worst, I came out from a long day from work & wanted to release some stress! Got the class, the instructor Naomi ( I believe) she was so passive aggressive with me, I let her know im new to pilates and never really did much outside of my classes and shes like oh. She gave me an attitude like I was causing a scene in her class. We used new tools other instructors never used to I asked questions and she looked like I was annoying her. Anything I did wrong, she pointed it out right away- When she did correct me, she was so aggressive and rolled her eyes so hard. She literally just felt annoyed by my presence! She handed everyone a disinfectant wipe except for me, which I got up and had to grab it, when everyone was leaving she was so nice and when she saw me she turned her head so hard. I literally felt so bad, I didn't even feel satisfied just excluded and degraded. Cant wait til my contract
Expires and go to a more inclusive and respectful environment.
