- JHJared HeglinAug 27, 20261.0Go in for glasses/ contacts. Glasses go fine, contacts never arrive for "fitting". Follow up, end up in an endless loop of remote customer service who have no phone numbers to just ask the branch. They submit a ticket, then begins a round of generic emails, random calls, etc. vs giving me my contact prescription to order elsewhere. Modern brand positionining with creepy outsourced customer service that seems to not even know what the product is.

If the contact lense sample didn’t fit you and were informed to come back and exchange to different one, you have to book a new appt and pay for another exam to come in for a follow up. You cannot reach anyone at the location. You can only reach customer service at the call center who cannot help with your issue. I highly do not recommend this place or Warby Parker in general. Worst experience so far. I am changing the doctor.

She is funny, electric and very nice! I love how she is very honest and helpful picking frames. She was very patient with my son! Thanks, Kieran!

The doctor was so energetic and personable. She made sure I had the best solution to my vision changes. Yes I spent more than anticipated just due to the need of my eyes. However I was happy to have a better Rx and knew my vision would be so much better!
