I’d seen Warby Parker advertised and the Naperville location was convenient for me. Went online, uploaded my prescription and saved a few favorites. As soon as I went to the store, I was greeted by a few friendly staff members who helped me narrow down the ones on my favorites list and pulled a few suggestions for me as well. I appreciated their input and the time they gave me to get opinions from family and friends. I ended up purchasing two pairs and can’t wait to get my new glasses! The process was so straightforward and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

You are quoted a price in store, pay and then a week later, when you realize you don’t have your contacts, yet, find out they applied your insurance incorrectly in the store and you have to pay an additional fee due to their mistake if you want your contacts. Get your eye exam here and then get out and get your glasses and contacts somewhere, anywhere else!
