  Disappointing Experience. Buyers Beware! I recently visited The Good Feet Store because I am a pharmacist who spends long hours standing on my feet, and I was desperately seeking relief from foot pain. I was assisted by Sabrina, who is also the district manager. After approximately 20 minutes of walking around the store trying their arch supports, I purchased a system costing over $1,800. Unfortunately, within just two hours of wearing the inserts, my feet were hurting. Walking around a store for 20 minutes is very different from standing on your feet for an eight- to ten-hour work shift. What concerns me most is that the refund policy was NEVER verbally discussed or explained to me before making this expensive purchase. I did not sign any paperwork acknowledging a no-refund policy, only a credit card receipt. When I returned to the store and explained my experience, Sabrina refused my request for a refund. She repeatedly offered to fit me with another pair, but I made it very clear that I did not want to continue wearing something that was causing me pain. Despite explaining my concerns, my request for a refund was denied. I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. For a purchase of this magnitude, I expected greater transparency, understanding, and customer service. I am not writing this review out of anger, but because I genuinely do not want another customer to have the same experience. Please, before spending this kind of money, ask detailed questions, request the refund policy in writing, and understand exactly what you are agreeing to. An $1,800 purchase should come with clear communication and transparency before the sale, not surprises afterward. I sincerely hope sharing my experience helps someone else make a more informed decision.

  Perfect, everything and more with regards to expectations and certainly worth the wait. Even warmer and friendlier than before, they were able to pick up on what I was in for and provided complete and easy to digest answers for course of action and next steps. Just some simple but improved diagnostics, the same effective drill, and the same solid hit of feel good when the adjustments made provided immediately relief couple with conversation on the same wavelength. I appreciated the interest in lacing and talking footwear, as well as the humor and candor regarding semi improper use (to quote, I had been unbeknown to em wearing the inserts in he wrong shoes and worn them so down that they molded either way, and without the cushioning and in the wring sequence of orthotic on top of sole. In other words, rawdogging for several mile hikes at a time). They were very accommodating about missing the first appointment time, got to me in due time (Jacquie did most of it, and Aley observed and partook in the scanning and was equally as warm and friendly), and made very easy going conversation. Will return shortly to have my loafers and relaxer inserts examined same day, and look forward to returning once I’ve progressed further with my inserts.

  Sabrina helped me out today fitting me for the supports. She did a great job explaining the product. She scans your feet to get the information she needs. She swapped out the different options then back to my original shoes and the inserts I had in there. no comparison. What they offer at the good feet Store, they were fantastic feeling. The pressure came off. The balls of my feet felt great. It is a little expensive but you do get a lifetime warranty. She will rescan your feet once a year. To make sure everything is fitting correctly and make changes as needed. If any issues pop up in between, just call her and let her know. So if you're having issues with your shoes, your feet hurt your knees, your back. She can definitely help find you What you need to start feeling better quick.. There is a system in place. Three options for the inserts and there to be worn In order as laid out in the directions. . I wasn't able to purchase them today. Myself, but I will be going back in the next thirty days or so to get them..1,800 for the set of 3, it is a lot of money, but the difference it can make in your body. It's well worth it. If you can't walk, you're back and knees hurt. And You can't get much accomplished. Small price to pay for comfort. The scan and evaluation was free. And she took her time there are some financing options. I didn't want to go that route. But to each their own, I would rather pay for it up front and be done with it. I tried posting a picture of the box and the inserts. But for some reason, it will not post.

  Sabrina from the Naperville Good Feet Store is absolutely THE BEST employee you will find anywhere. I have never met someone who goes out of her way totally just to help someone in need. I just had surgery and was in a rehab place needing a new pair of orthodics and shoes for my therapy. Sabrina was willing to find a pair of shoes that would fit me with the new orthodics in them and then she drove to my rehab facility and hand delivered the shoes for me so I can have them for my therapy! That's above and beyond service! The orthodics are expensive but truly worth the money. And I will forever be thankful for Sabrina's kindness and willingness to go out of her way to help me in my time of need.
