  I called last Monday and left a message on voicemail after waiting 10 minutes and it automatically kicking me to voicemail that I would like to schedule a colonoscopy. I did not receive a call back. Called again on Wednesday and left another message and did not receive a return phone call. I called and left a voicemail for the office manager on Friday afternoon explaining the above and requested a return phone call. Today is the next Tuesday and I still haven’t received a return phone call. I don’t know how anyone can have a good experience if you can’t get past the gate. What kind of office is this????

  Unfortunately, I was denied an appointment due to an outstanding bill that was possibly only 10% of what was already paid to them. I was in the hospital and they decided to do a procedure as outpatient and now I am delayed with getting my procedure done. I am locating a new specialist that doesn't turn patients away that requires care and can't afford the out of pocket cost immediately.

  I recently had a colonoscopy there with Dr. Abhishek Bhandari. The doctor was absolutely wonderful as was all the staff at suburban gastroenterology. The care was exemplary and the procedure went very well, I would highly recommend suburban gastroenterology for any of your colonoscopy or endoscopy needs.

  The staff is absolutely amazing here and constantly makes me feel comfortable even when I come in with a lot of nerves. I highly recommend this place if you are in search of GI assistance. Melissa is great, listens to my concerns throughly and takes the time to make sure I understand treatment.
