This is also the first time a eye doctor has described everything in great detail and given me multiple options for corrective lenses. I decided to find a new place just due to the limited days my previous place was open during the week. I was able to make a last minute appointment with Pearle and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and explained everything as needed.

But my recent visit with a different doctor felt dismissive. Instead of taking time to explain things or assist with my concerns, I was left feeling like I was a burden rather than a customer. I hope the location improves how they treat customers and takes feedback like this seriously, because vision care should feel supportive and professional.
