It would've been more but summertime and vacations 🤣 The staff is supportive and give lots of tips and suggestions to help in areas where you struggle. I like having the accountability. It helps me to know I have people who are holding me accountable as Im on the road to reaching my goals

However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the front desk receptionists (the one with dark hair). During my first appointment, after completing my initial evaluation, I was speaking with another receptionist who was helping me reschedule because the available EKG appointment times did not fit my schedule. She was very friendly, but the other receptionist interrupted our conversation, spoke to me in a rude manner, and made me feel very uncomfortable, even though I was not speaking with her. I had already decided to move forward with my treatment, but that interaction made me hesitate about returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience, because everyone else I encountered was very kind and professional.
