It is incredibly frustrating to arrive and find the department closed despite the advertised hours. To make matters not better, the staff member at the entrance was unhelpful. Rather than offering any clarification or assistance, she was dismissive. This was a waste of time and inconvenience when dealing with a family member's health. disappointed in the lack of clear information and the poor customer service.
