  Absolutely frustrating experience at the swimming pool area. We signed up for a monthly membership in July, while signing up we were told that the swimming lanes are occupied for classes until 10.30 am Tuesdays and Thursdays. Well..we have been taking our kids here for last one month, almost 4 lanes are closed "reserved" for classes in the morning. I am not sure about evening. When we enquired at the front desk they don't seem to be aware of the swim schedule. There is a disconnect at the management level. Most of the time only 3 lanes are open, this makes it very difficult for everyone to get a chance to swim. Sometimes 3 people share one lane, it makes it difficult especially for the kids to swim. A lot of times there are signs "reserved" and the lanes are empty between sessions. Why don't you utilize that time to allow swimmers to use that lane, even if it's for 20 minutes? When it gets busy please consider putting a time limit on the swim time so everyone gets a chance to swim. Sometimes people don't leave lanes for 40-50 minutes straight. We have had an instance where there wasn't even a notice that said the lane is blocked, and my kids were asked to change the lane because they needed that space for an adult class. Clearly they cater to the classes and camps on priority vs rest of the public that uses the pool. Or else make the communication very clear. Lastly, I am very well aware and so are my kids that it's a public pool and we need to take turns and share, and we are happy to do it. But, steps could be taken to make this a pleasant experience for everyone. The staff at the front desk is very helpful though, they have answered our queries patiently so the one star is for them, we appreciate it.

  Went in for a tour, didn’t get much info out of them as they showed me around. More “here’s this room”..didn’t sell it much. Also no children if they don’t do a class and it’s limited when that can be done and he didn’t bring it up until the end..which I then had to clarify to understand she couldn’t do anything the day we sign up otherwise I felt like we would have thought we could sign up and workout right away. Different vibes here. We left disappointed.

  We are members of another Y but enjoyed Saturday later closing time for the pool 4:30 PM. As other patrons we find the pool schedule very frustrating throughout area. This facility has an excessive amount of bleach that literally stings skin.All staff was nice. Patrons are not placing equipment back on shelves after use so lifeguards were distracted by picking it up.Impressive amount of activities by comparison with other sites.

  I really enjoy coming to this YMCA. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and motivating. The staff is always kind and helpful, and they are especially great with children. I always feel good working out here and appreciate the positive environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to exercise and spend time with family!
