  My experience with 2 older lady receptionists wasn't good. They will definitely not give you any kind of refund. I never had a tour. I never actually used my membership. I don't even have an access card. The whole place gives me a bad "vibe".

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with the YMCA Early Learning program and highly recommend it to other families. First, the culture truly stands out. The friendships among classmates and the strong, caring relationships between teachers and kids feel very natural and intentional. You can tell this sense of respect and warmth is deeply rooted in the program’s culture. Second, there is an impressive variety of activities. The program makes great use of the YMCA’s facilities, including the indoor gym, swimming pool, and outdoor playground. Our kids especially love the Thursday swimming class—it’s a huge highlight for them every week. Third, the cleanliness is exceptional. The facility is cleaned daily by staff, and the environment always feels well maintained. Our kids have never gotten sick while attending, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Finally, we really appreciate the strong sense of community. There are many engaging events, such as library staff and family members coming in for story time, which adds extra richness to the learning experience. Overall, this program has been an excellent environment for our kids to learn, grow, and feel happy. We’re very grateful for the care and effort the YMCA team puts into this program.

  Swimming lessons didn’t meet the expectation. The instructors keep changing and not all of them are well trained to train the kids. The pool is dirty, and temperature is not maintained in the winter. I switched to British swim school for my kid as she couldn’t make good progress in YMCA. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone.
