    Dropped in with the family and the team was incredibly enthusiastic for a rainy day! We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and the floor staff. We could really tell that the team gets along great, which made the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. The salesperson (Frances) who helped me was incredibly sweet, and provided fantastic support when it came to planning out benefits and finding the best financial options. Nonetheless, there were plenty of team members available who were all more than happy to lend a hand and help out. I am so happy we visited this location. I would definitely recommend them, not just for the great variety of frame options, but for the sweet team working here too! ☺️

    I am very upset with the service I just received at the 618 S Route 59 Naperville Il location. I haven't been there in a few years because my glasses had to be remade several times last time due to your lab issues and wasted a lot of time driving back and forth for nothing. I thought I would try again. I was pleasantly pleased with Sarah the manager when I went in for my exam and ordered my glasses. Our service was great. I drove 45 minutes today (June 29th 2026) just to pick up my glasses. The tech was with two people and there were a few other people looking at glasses. The doctor was out there and I told her I was just picking up. She told me the tech would be right with me instead of at least getting my glasses so I could see if they were good and walked away. The tech continued to just ignore me so I started looking at the pick up orders on the counter and he asked do I need anything. I told him I had someone waiting for me and just needed to pick up my glasses. He said he would be right with me. At that time he could have excused himself and at least got my glasses. I waited a bit longer and could see there was no way he was going to finish with the couple anytime soon. I asked if someone else could help me and he said I could come back another time. This was a huge inconvenience on top of a waste of time and gas. I will be out of town for the next few days and wanted my glasses. I have no idea when I will be able to drive another 45 minutes to pick them up. This is ridiculous. I work with the public and if I have a customer placing an order and someone walks in for a pick up, I excuse myself. grab their items and continue with the other customer. I am very sorry I even gave For Eyes another chance.

    The doctor did very professional job with my eye exam. ExplaIned any concerns that I might have had. They also assisted me in selecting a pair of Versace frames. I highly recommend them to all my friends. I'm\nVery satisfied.

    Justin the manager was great to work with through the whole process, the tests, the information about my insurance coverage and the final sale. Latron was also very helpful and patient with the frame selection process. The eye Dr was very kind and patient and listened to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable. I’m excited to return in a week to pick up my new glasses and get to see the team again. Thank you to everyone at this location for a great experience!

    I would not recommend this office to anyone. My experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had when it comes to getting glasses. I initially went in back in January to order work safety glasses, and it took an entire month to receive them. During that same visit, I also ordered prescription sunglasses since they already had all of my information. That process was even worse—it took about a month and a half before I finally received them. The customer service throughout this experience was extremely disappointing. I constantly felt like I had no options but to wait, despite having already paid in full. I was given little to no communication, and when supervisors said they would follow up with me, they never did. As a paying customer, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and excessive delays made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
