On two occasions, there was a problem with the lab all the while my son is without proper glasses and school just begun. The retail rep was rude and feels just because she upgraded the lenses I shouldn’t be upset. Never returning ever in this lifetime or the next. Ready to cancel the order in it’s entirety!
