I have worked with this company in the past to install a lift chair, which changed my boy’s life. But due to health issues related to them both having Muscular Dystrophy, there was a need for more. I am a Marine that served for 30 years active duty, and I know about timework. From Dave at the front desk answering the phone and working on logistics, etc. he represented the company in a positive way. I’m impressed with Tara, the owner, who leads from the front and sets an example for her team, getting her hands dirty with the install. Speaking of her team, Jason and Austin were the best, very professional, represented the company well, and made me feel this job was important. From the moment they arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. This staff went above and beyond to ensure my boys could navigate comfortably, and their accessible features were clearly modified with their real needs in mind. This kind of commitment to inclusivity is rare and deeply appreciated. This company’s dedication to handicapped accessibility doesn’t just help individuals like me — it strengthens the whole community. Every ramp, handrail, and accessible restroom sends a message that everyone belongs here. Thank you for leading with compassion and action.

He was extremely helpful and understood the stress I was experiencing trying to get my husband back upstairs on the lift! I hope we won't have any more problems with the chairlift and I will definitely contact 101 Mobility if I have any further problems. I would highly recommend this group!

First met with David at their showroom, which I highly recommend checking out beforehand. Tara (Owner) came out to our house shortly after (with a couple days) to take measurements and ensure it would work for our home. Today, Jason and Austin installed everything within 2 hours. Everyone was very patient and courteous during the process. They let my wife try the chair out to ensure it was working for her and didn't rush her at all. Very pleased with the exchange and highly recommend them!
