First met with David at their showroom, which I highly recommend checking out beforehand. Tara (Owner) came out to our house shortly after (with a couple days) to take measurements and ensure it would work for our home. Today, Jason and Austin installed everything within 2 hours. Everyone was very patient and courteous during the process. They let my wife try the chair out to ensure it was working for her and didn't rush her at all. Very pleased with the exchange and highly recommend them!

Dave was so helpful on the phone taking the information, setting up a time quickly to have Tara come out and measure and see what else would be needed, then go back and build it that same afternoon. Amazing. They were kind and discrete as they installed it at the same time that our family member returned home from the hospital. My very distraught sister could do nothing but praise 101 Mobility for their help, service and installation by Jason. She said “they took away so many of my worries.” Thank you so much everyone!!
