However, I’ve been using their pharmacy for the past 2 years and I got to tell you, this past year the pharmacy staff has had some changes and I’m not a fan. The people in this department either need to be coached or replaced. They all have bad additives and are unhelpful. For example: I was there picking up a prescription and I asked about a Covid vaccine booster and was told that I needed to make an appointment online. I told the tech that I had tried to do that already and it was not working, the then she rolled her eyes and told me maybe it’ll work better on our computer at home. I did not know it at the time but boosters were not approved for her age group yet. If she had asked us any questions what-so-ever and attempted to be helpful, I would’ve known this and I would’ve been a happily informed customer. Instead I was treated like a person that was crazy for asking for help and needed to get out of her line.
