It has gotten so bad that she feels she cant meet with her friends in the community room. i wrote a complaint out a while back and nothing was done.

She cannot walk or even stand on her own, and while these people collect from the state for having her as a client, is paying people out of her own pocket for others to help her. Making it hard for her to afford things that she requires for her health. When I called and spoke to Priscilla, she refused to give me her bosses name and phone number. Very unprofessional. These people seem to have no clue how to run an office.
