- TSTom n Mardy SmithMay 6, 20265.0I've been a Miracle-Ear customer since 2022. In that time, I've had 3 or 4 different "specialists" diagnose my hearing loss & set up my hearing aid. It took a couple of years & a lot of frustration before I could actually benefit from hearing aids. When Marcie Dawes filled in at Murphysboro/Carbondale, I finally received the help I needed. She's the only person I've seen who actually has been trained in Miracle-Ear service. Before you begin looking for help with hearing loss, ask if the personnel are trained. Marcie has returned to her home office in Mt. Vernon. It's worth it to me to travel further for good service.
