  bear with me, this is long but worth the read if you are a female or are bringing your children here. I had been a client here for my entire life, and had been a patient of dr greg and dr schwartz over the years. i haven’t been here in about a year because of my last few experiences with dr greg. the last straw was that i went in for a free consultation on a chipped tooth due to clenching, and was looking for solutions to prevent this in the future. dr greg did not take this seriously, and advised me to lessen my stress by having sex or doing drugs. (mind you, i am a barely legal female…) after this incredibly uncomfortable encounter that took place in front of a female hygienist as well, i was presented the option of filing down the tooth slightly to smooth the roughness. i was never told that the appointment had been changed from a free consultation to a $200 appointment due to 10 seconds of drilling that left my tooth in the exact same shape it was when i arrived. when this appointment concluded, i was sat in the chair while dr greg shared personal things about his relationships, messy divorce, ex wives new man, daughter issues, alimony, vet bills, etc for more than 30 minutes. I did not feel i was able to leave the chair. my 2-3 appointments prior, i had also been kept after to talk about personal things (less intense, like tv shows and books). over a year later, this still bothers me on a regular basis, and it feels wrong not warning other people. it seems a lot like grooming and was incredibly unprofessional. i brought it to the practice managers attention, and then they tried to charge me an additional $100 for the appointment after I shared my horrible experience at my FREE consultation. thanks to the manager for hearing out my concerns and assisting me, though. the hygienists and receptionists have also always been nice, it’s just a shame that dr greg is there too. all this to say, i went to a new dentist- i was fitted with a night guard, presented with all costs ahead of time and approved via signature, my filling that had been causing the clenching was adjusted relieving years of sensitivity and pain, there was no talk of sex or drugs, and at no point did i feel uncomfortable- ALL IN THE FIRST APPOINTMENT! added bonus- heated massage chairs and tvs on the ceiling :) real dentistry exists, and it doesn’t involve harming young girls. take yourself and your daughters elsewhere.

  Wonderful experience from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr Jack, the dentist. Friendly, professional staff and a comfortable and modern office. So glad I found this practice.
