  The staff is excellent, and we’ve always had a good experience with the care and service provided. My only concern during this visit was the wait time after my son’s cleaning was finished. We waited about 35 minutes before he was called back, which I completely understand. I know appointments can run behind and things happen throughout the day. However, after his cleaning was completed, we waited approximately 12 minutes just to be checked out. During that time, another customer who finished after us was checked out in about 3 minutes. When the service is complete, customers are generally ready to leave, so the wait at the end was frustrating. I completely understand delays before an appointment, but I feel the checkout process after the service could be improved.

  Could not recommend more for parents with small children. They have never done better at an office visit and they really took their time while also keeping things moving/efficient. They took the time to answer questions I had and gave me even more info on how to keep my kids smiles extra healthy. 10/10 experience.

  In our time there, I don’t think they've ever been on time with schedules. They usually run 10-15 minutes behind. This last visit, they didn’t call my son back for 25 minutes. Just a warning in case you have anywhere else to be in your day.

  Can't say enough good things about this place. Great staff, always friendly, FANTASTIC with kids and always a great experience. 🙏
