  They actually care about the kids and do what they can to help their patients. I unfortunately saw 2-3 other dentists before landing at their office and I was so happy they actually were able to help my son with his dental issues. They are kind, caring, and really listen.

  Very impressive service, and exceptional quality! The entire staff were so great working with my daughter, who has highly complex medical needs and medical trauma associated with those needs.

  I took my son to small town dental. We had a pleasant visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. My son felt relaxed and comfortable. Overall we had a good experience. I would recommend Small Town Dental Clinic for anyone who has young children and special needs kiddos. Thank you for your kindness.

  The staff is excellent, and we’ve always had a good experience with the care and service provided. My only concern during this visit was the wait time after my son’s cleaning was finished. We waited about 35 minutes before he was called back, which I completely understand. I know appointments can run behind and things happen throughout the day. However, after his cleaning was completed, we waited approximately 12 minutes just to be checked out. During that time, another customer who finished after us was checked out in about 3 minutes. When the service is complete, customers are generally ready to leave, so the wait at the end was frustrating. I completely understand delays before an appointment, but I feel the checkout process after the service could be improved.

  Could not recommend more for parents with small children. They have never done better at an office visit and they really took their time while also keeping things moving/efficient. They took the time to answer questions I had and gave me even more info on how to keep my kids smiles extra healthy. 10/10 experience.
