If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went for a routine cleaning and he had a chip on his tooth. They did X-rays and said there is the start of a small cavity developing on the next tooth over and to fill that. He has had nothing but issues with that tooth (the one he didn’t even have an issue with until they touched it). This is to the point he cannot eat on that side, cannot have liquids that are too hot or too cold, and is now having pain that radiates into his jaw just sitting around. All from something that was not an issue in the first place. He is now being referred to specialists because they cannot fix what has happened that we have to pay out of pocket for. This whole process is extremely frustrating; there is no accountability for their mistake they made. All they have done on the numerous occasions of returning to fix is give a bite block and sensodyne toothpaste. They attempted to refill it one time but that has now made things worse. Their most recent advice was just to have the tooth pulled. This whole process has been a joke.
I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by the lady at the front desk and I really didn’t get a chance to sit down. I was taken to the exam room prepped, X-rayed spoke with Dr. Lexie and was referred to a specialist.
All the people I encountered were outstanding. Their kindness and compassion along with their efficiency was above and beyond! I was impressed!

I believe the hygienist was upset because she attempted to upgrade my scheduled cleaning to a deep cleaning, which I declined as it was not the originally scheduled service. I suggested scheduling the deep cleaning for my next visit. The hygienist then mentioned having only 40 minutes remaining. I reminded her that I had previously asked to prioritize the cleaning and then take any necessary pictures. During the cleaning, the hygienist proceeded with the procedure but used excessive water, resulting in water splashing onto my face and glasses.
Far exceeded my expectations!! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed….and the new patient gift bag was so unexpected & thoughtful!! The dental hygienist & the dentist were both so very sweet & kind!! I’m so very glad that my daughter recommended this dentist office!!😊

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. Dr. Molly truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond- personally following up after my daughter’s procedure to make sure she was doing well. The entire team, from the front desk to the medical staff, delivers top-notch customer service. Everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they prioritize both quality care and the patient experience. Highly recommend!
