  Smalltown Dental is the best! They have a wonderful staff all around from the front desk gals to hygienists and the doctors. So happy with Dr. Shawn! He is by far the BEST dentist I have ever had, and I’m in my upper 60’s so I’ve had several. He had to perform another tooth extraction and each time it is virtually pain free due to his skill. I am a regular patient with Smalltown and I’ve never had any negative experiences. I highly recommend this group!

  As a person with EXTEME dental anxiety I always get anxious just to step into an office. From the moment I walked into this office for the first time I automatically felt less anxious. Dr Sean and Ali were amazing and explained everything to me in so much detail and were very patient and understanding with me. Will definitely be back for future work ! Thanks office staff for being amazing !

  I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental appointments but everyone here put me so at ease and made it a positive experience! Dr. Lexi explained everything in detail. Allison was very gentle and sweet. Thankful to have finally found a dental office I feel comfortable with!

  So thankful they were able to see me on short notice. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They really made me feel at ease. They didn't rush me in explaining anything and were genuinely interested in helping me figure out my tooth pain. They even made sure I was able to get an appointment with a specialist the next day for further X-rays. Thanks! Highly recommend them.

  When my mom received a partial at this establishment, it didn't fit and caused her to be unable to eat. She brought it back to see if it could be fixed. They said it would have to be remade and that she was responsible for paying another $2000+ for a replacement. She decided to just go without it and asked for a refund. They said they would mail her a check back in April, which never came. 3 months later she went in and they wrote her a check but not for the full amount because they were out money for making the partial, even though it was made wrong. I am unsure how the dentist office, as well as the company who made the partial made mistakes but my mom paid for it. She will not be returning to this or any other franchise.
