These guys were really smart about diagnosing the trouble with my power wheelchair, and got it fixed right away at very reasonable cost, also they were very kind and understanding.

Our initial visit to Midwest mobility was to see if we could get our old scooter repaired which we found out was long discontinued and no parts available for it. With their help we were able to pick out a new scooter that fit our needs perfectly since we were looking for one that was lightweight and one that would travel well with us. They were very patient with us as we tried to decide on a new scooter and more importantly, very knowledgeable about the scooters they sold and which one would work best for us. I would highly recommend this place.

It has been such a joy working with Midwest Mobility. Their customer service is exceptional. They were the only place that I found that offered the option of leasing a Hoyer lift, which has helped me tremendously. When I had to order a new mattress for my mother, the delivery was quick and the owner, Geoff, even came along so that he could replace the battery on the Hoyer lift. I would recommend them to anyone needing medical equipment.

I visited MM 3x in the space of a year and each time I tried out at least 10 different electronic (battery operated) wheel chairs. Geoff was always kind, friendly, sensing my needs and suggesting what I asked for as well as what I didn't know I needed. The chair was delivered in a week and the tech showed me how to use it, backing up, Y-turns etc. Very helpful. I would highly recommend Midwest Mobility.
