I am leaving this review based on the last straw there were issues prior. PROS: 1. wait times are not bad 2.They generally have the scripts you need. 3.Customer service is hit or miss, some of the staff are super friendly, helpful and know your name. 4. Transferring scripts is simple CONS: 1. OSCO had one of the best, kindest pharmacist ever. When Jay Shenburg was there he Paid close attention to your scripts and allergies. He wasnt afraid to question a doctors decision on a medication or the dosage. That Pharmacy has not been the same since he passed away. 2. Service is hit or miss, sometimes opposite the pros you get one of the younger girls that must hate their job because they are not friendly at all, can be extremely rude and act as if you're an inconvenience because you're there to pick up a script. Why? If you don't like your job get a different one. Also if you're in customer service you need to be professional as a customer service agent needs to be. They can't smile, say hello and just toss your bag at you, that's totally ridiculous. from somebody that's been customer service most of their life I've never treated anybody that way. 3. This is where it gets sketchy. Called to check on a script a couple days in advance for my elderly mother to make sure that they had it ready. Because of my disability I need to plan ahead and make sure I'm not making a wasted trip because I don't live in town and can have a lot of issues if I am standing way too long or riding in the car too long.. Was told they could only fill a partial script they didn't have the entire thing. Okay, that's fine. The next day I picked up the partial script along with her others. I signed for it as you do. 6 days later I call to make sure the have it, they tell me over the phone they did. A text says its ready also for pick up, so I go in to pick up the remainder of the script, they can't find it, dont know where it is, and don't have it. You know for a fact that every time I've picked up scripts for myself or for other people I've had to sign for them so you're going to tell me that they can't figure out who signed for the remainder of the script? Or they just lost it or it was never filled. Now mind you the first time I went to get the partial fill I paid the entire thing in full, kept the receipt and it wasn't a cheap script. They tell me if I want the remainder I have to pay for the whole entire thing AGAIN. (And who gets that double payment of money) This wasn't cheap are you kidding me? I don't know what's going on there. You would think that since it was their mistake they would fill the remainder or Issue a refund. Now they are going to have to deal with her insurance company, and her care coordinator and her senior advocate. 4. A couple days later I go back in to pick up her other Scripts that they assured me they had, I even got a text saying that they were ready. WAIT FOR IT... They can't find it seriously? So now I am watching two pharmacists and four girls all looking through the bags of scripts that are in alphabetical order trying to find if it was placed by her first name, by her last name, or just placed in a completely different place entirely. Now I've been stading there for quite a while watching all these people shuffling through bag after bag for her script and not knowing where it's at. Now I'm disabled and can't stand for long periods of time but here I am just standing there waiting patiently. FINALLY, one of the female pharmacists find some completely random bag, in no order by her name first or last where it is. Now we fill a lot there, my mother's, 4 of my kids and mine but since my elderly mother is being basically robbed on her fixed income the coordinator has decided she would be better off getting all her scripts shipped to her home with an entirely other company. That is probably going to be a super convenient option for us especially not having to stand there waiting to see if they have your script or not. It's such a shame, they really used to be a five star pharmacy.

Long lines all the time, prescriptions are never ready when they say. I was told "It'll be ten minutes or less", and I check back in 20, and they say just a few more minutes, I check back 15 minutes after that and it's still not ready. I'd rather they just be honest and say it's not ready and it won't be ready for a long time. I don't need to spend hours of my day waiting at a pharmacy or in an expensive grocery store.
