Hailey, the receptionist is a very professional young woman who will do anything to help you get an appointment as soon as possible she goes above and beyond very friendly and personable, remembers names and faces like they're her old friends😊. Zack was our first experience with getting hearing aids 2 1/2 years ago and he was so helpful and made it affordable Took the time to dig into our insurance and made it affordable. He has continued to work with us on purchasing neuter hearing aids before insurance changes and it's making that happen ASAP. Zack knows his stuff is very personable and Easy to talk with an explains things thoroughly. Glad he's back.
