  I have been a client with them almost a year and I have no issues . The communication is wonderful they understand when I have to go to the hospital for procedures Just wonderful caring people I have met and deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone. Cause from my experience if they don't know they will get you the answer to your concern.

  I have had mu aid worker for two years now and just love her to death she is very pleasant and nice to me and my basset hound Charlie. Laundry, errands, cleaning, talking, making my bed or food.

  Beware of some of these young girls who are in it for just wanting the hours to get pay & yawn in your face as soon as they step in the door. I just had one on her first day to take off for an hour only to come back for me to sign out with her. Talk about to be nice & smile in your face antisocial is just rude. Is the taking off saying you be right back is being sneaky with their own agenda. Her first day was to not come in to meet someone first, but to have me come out to look for her in the parking lot for she was at the wrong place, but to also ask me over the phone if "I want her to drive or did I want to drive"😳Wasn't sure if she was talking to me at first or someone else & she borrowing someone's car. I mean what for one I've never drove. I'm 72yrs old not steady on my feet scare of falling for taking many falls all my life & my vision been blurry on me with no answers due to side effects of medications or just recent falls of hitting the back of my head. I have anxiety & have chronic pain for years. Is why you here. Do everyone a favor & drop your title if you are not in it to be attentive to your clients needs in their care, be on time is I rather be early then late to any doctor appointments, pick me up or drop me off at the door to any errands such as grocery store etc. I have had a couple of good ones in the past I miss who were the best. One for about 3 years retired & now this one of about 2 years will be missed. It really helps to be a people person to be nice & respectful. I am someone, not something. Believe me there has been mean aggressive ones in the pass with their own sneaky agendas making up their own rules come to find out wasn't the agency's rules at all after Lisa before Rosa, so I was glad when I got Rosa. I had one one time was a hour late for a doctor appointment I had as a new patient. No apology & couldn't look at you in the face. When we get to the doctor's is I couldn't get out for wasn't no door handle😳for she had to walk around the car to let me out. I mean where do they find these people. Another one came to the door everytime smoking a vapor saying there was nothing in it. What?

  Addus Home Care is by far the worst company ever . The staff is so unprofessional and lack integrity and respect. They treat there employees like disposable human beings and they neglect and don’t follow policies to the best interest of the clients. They are greedy and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone let alone trust them with our elderly. All they care about is money.
