Nothing major, just enough that after my 2025 visit, I planned to move on. Time got away from me, I returned because I needed contacts quickly. I met Dr Blackett at my 2026 visit, and his first words to me were "I really think I can help you"- I didn't think I needed help, I certainly wasn't seeking any. But Dr Blackett saw an opportunity to help someone, an opportunity to educate, a way to personalize an experience, build value, and establish trust in his recommendations; but most importantly, Dr Blackett treated me like a patient. And that's when I realized what had been lacking was being treated like a patient, not an appointment or a transaction. So in 2027, I will be returning to see Dr Blackett.
