  Caroline is an excellent audiologist. Her recommendation for the Phonak Spheric 90 premium hearing aids was an excellent choice. I hear so much better! Thank you Caroline and Audio Nova for an awesome experience. Looking forward to our follow up appointments.

  I really enjoyed coming here. My wife and I were trying to sort out an issue with my hearing. Laura ( and Amanda! ) was very attentive to my needs and with the available auditory tests, tried to specifically diagnose what I had described as a possible problem area. While I did not end up needing hearing aids or other treatment, it was a relief to be able to have my hearing so thoroughly tested. The consultation was indeed free and I'll definitely be referring Laura to my friends

  In five years of testing hearing aids and meeting with as many as 5 Audiologists, I bought my first aids from one of the first Two places I went to, and what I learned after my first four years there is more to aids then just volume. As great as the Phonak Audeo M is, their best feature is Laura Marx who puts all the others to shame, I now know what I was missing.
