Laura has been great in working with my 94 year old mom. I would highly recommend her and the products and service that she provides.

Laura and her staff are excellent. However, the Mchenry office is very very small with not enough seating and would be great if they were on the first floor. And the office could stand a good makeover. And there is no privacy for the receptionist and Laura in the reception room. Too much walking for old people. My 96 year old father enjoys Laura. She is a tremendous help to my father. We really wish the Libertyville office which is more convenient for us where we have been for years had a dr that can take wax out of ears. This was and is very disappointing.
