She looked it up and said they did. When I got to my appointment no one was there for about 10 minutes. Chris came out, he said we don't take Medicare insurance, I told him I had been assured that you did when made the appointment. I have Medicare advantage, EyeMed insurance. I have been coming there since first opened. He said well I've been here almost 2 years, finally he realized they took it, but never apologized. Kayleigh was very good. The staff that helped out front were wonderful!
