  I’ve had great experiences for several years with Eyemart Express! Stacey is my gal there, and she always takes great care of me! One thing I really appreciate is their unique approach to eye exams. It makes the whole process incredibly convenient, allowing me to get in, get seen, and get on with my day without all the hassle. Their selection of frames and lenses is fantastic, too! Whether you’re looking for something inexpensive or something a little more high-end, they’ve got plenty of options that won’t break the bank. You can get a really nice pair of glasses without feeling like you need to take out a second mortgage! I also have VSP vision insurance, and the savings were impressive! It made an already affordable experience even better. But here’s something that really stands out to me. Their customer service doesn’t end when you walk out the door with your new glasses. If you ever need an adjustment, they truly go above and beyond to make sure everything fits and feels just right. It’s that kind of attention to detail and willingness to take care of their customers that keeps me coming back. Great service, great selection, great prices, and people who actually make you feel like they appreciate your business. If you’re looking for new glasses, I definitely recommend checking them out.   If I could give zero stars I would. But what really did it for me was after my exam and I picked up my glasses, the lady that was checking me out, kept adding things to my amount. She would ask me questions about my glasses and add on to the total. She DID NOT ask me if I wanted it. And then when I asked why my total was so high, she said I needed all of it. I stated I wanted just the basics. She CONTINUED to argue with me about it and told me all of this stuff that would happen without the added stuff to it. I said I do not care. I want what I said I wanted. The eye doc I seen was over video and not in person. I 100% do not recommend.

  Don’t come hear unless you absolutely need glasses as soon as possible. They messed up my prescription multiple times, use virtual doctors that don’t know what they’re doing, and they messed up my main pair of glasses twice and it’s looking like I’ll have to go back a third time now.

  Great experience. Made online appointment. Got 3 notifications. Filled out online paperwork and went straight into the examination when I arrived. Every person there and doctors were great. Thank you so much.

  Very good experience at this location. This was the first time I had a eye appt. with someone over the TV but this was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The staff was so helpful!! Great experience - thank you to their team!!
