- MCMonica CoxAug 17, 20261.0Horrible! Tiara is so unprofessional! Workers don't show up on time and don't show up at all! When I try to report it to Tiara....she denies everything and screams over me. Obviously, this company has no standards on who they hire and no accountability. 🤨

- SKShelly KelleyMay 15, 20261.0Absolutely horrible staff. Hospice nurse and social worker caught my mom's aide giving extra doses of morphine. She's not even allowed to give Tylenol! Reported to her direct supervisor and was told, "oh, Honey, I'm sure she didn't mean no harm. She loves your mom" like it was no big deal. Called back to terminate services and spoke with someone who actually cared and escalated the incident but still have yet to hear back from the supervisors that I was told would call within 2 days. Will never use them again.
