  Dr. Roberts was professional, efficient, and very kind! She was thorough about explaining the entire process as we went and it went very smoothly. She helped me through exams for contacts and glasses and some additional testing and it all went very well. Gina was very friendly and helpful on the phone answering questions while I booked my appointment. And Justin just absolutely knocked the ball out of the park! He helped me find a pair of glasses that suited me perfectly and met all of my eyesight needs. It was like being greeted by an old friend even though I only just met him for the first time. He answered all of my questions, gave expert advice, made me laugh and I left with a smile. He helped me find the perfect frames and the whole experience was spectacular. Thank you to an amazing team and I look forward to seeing you all again!

  The workers were very kind and patient with me, Alisa and Nicole both helped me pick out some cute frames while giving me space to be honest with what I liked and didn’t like about each pair. Helped me find ones that fit almost all my checkboxes and made me feel like I brought a couple girlfriends to help me pick while also remaining professional. Looking forward to coming back.

  Dr. Roberts might well have saved my eyesight. After experiencing a lot of floaters over the weekend, I went in Monday for an appointment. She initially diagnosed it as PVD, something that happens naturally and is relatively harmless. But then she saw something hiding up under my lashes in the images and wanted to do more pictures and dilate my eyes. Turns out I had a retinal tear, but since it was the end of the day, all the retinal specialists were closed. She sent in the order anyway and promised to call them in the morning to see where she could get me in. She knew I was scared and did everything she could to help. I wanted to hug her. First thing in the morning, I got a call from UW (who were also awesome, btw), and they got me in at 9:30. I got laser surgery to repair the damage that day, and was out of there in under two hours. These days, it seems no one wants to go the normal mile, let alone the extra one, but Dr. Roberts did that and more. Forever grateful.
