  Such a wonderful experience! No long wait times for appointment. No long waits for exam. Dr Dungan is very communicative with exam, explained everything, wonderful if you had a question. Office staff are organised, knowledgable, communicative. I ordered glasses, said they would be arriving in approximately 2 weeks ( were there in 11 office days ). Both sets of glasses fit well, no problems. Would highly recommend Dungan Family Eye Care ☺️

  Excellent experience all around. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was able to fill out the paperwork online before I came. I was seen promptly upon arrival (pro tip: the entrance is at the back of the building), and the doctor was right on schedule. Very refreshing after the long waits at some of the larger offices in town. Dr. Dungan is wonderful! Glasses came back within two weeks and they texted me when they were ready. There was almost no wait when I stopped in to pick them up. Happy to support a local, independent eye doctor!
