  While I felt the kindness of everyone who worked there, they missed a huge medical problem that could have been addressed sooner if they had asked one simple question: is your double vision only when both eyes are open? Instead they gave me prisms and told me my problem was my brain getting used to the glasses. Dear people reading this, it was not. If you just need updated glasses, they are helpful and kind. They are truly super personable and I understand why so many of their customers love going there. However, if you want to rely on them for catching a vision related health problem, best to go somewhere that offers more comprehensive care with experience catching more serious problems. (For clarity, I thought I just needed updated glasses and did not suspect it was a more serious health problem. I spent months waiting for my brain to adjust based on their recommendation, but it never did. Bottom line, I—and now two of my doctors—feel like it should have been caught.)

  they are awesome there we needed an emergency eye appointment and they got us in right away it was very clean there and they are very helpful and knowledgeable
