  The staff is very professional, the doctor is very gentle, attentive, knowledgeable. They take pictures of your eyes and show them to you in a monitor screen, the doctor explains and asks if you have questions, he is very professional and kind.

  The staff was friendly except for one of the assistants. She was very impatient and showed it.

  Very helpful place and friendly, they actually GIVE you a paper script to take home. Not like the other places I have been they keep your script.

  My eye exam experience was good up until the billing. I came here last year and was charged $10 for the exam, and I made sure because I kept my receipt, which says $10. So I was under the impression that I was paying $10 again. Nope, I was surprised with an additional fee of $39. I did not have $39 only $10 because I was under the impression from last year how much that would cost. I wish or I should have made sure how much I was being billed because I took money I did not have. So I can only rate this a 2 out of 5 because the eye exam was great but the billing at the end made it a 2 instead of 5 stars.

  Very professional. The optometrist explained everything very simply for me so I would understand what was being checked, etc.
