He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and helped me find frames that were both stylish and comfortable. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. He made sure everything fit perfectly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and helpful. Because of Darion, the whole process—from browsing frames to finalizing my order—was smooth and enjoyable.
