  Went in to buy an energy drink, apparently an ID is required which is alright. What isn’t alright is being pushed to sign up for rewards. I get it, sales guys got to make their living. However, being pushy and repeating it over and over, as if i can’t get rung up without my phone number being entered, is annoying. This was an older man working there. He was kind at first, but i didn’t appreciate being pressured down near the end. If i say “No” once, it’s a no. And no, i’m not “rich and have a lot of money” if i do not want to sign up for $5 off.

  Kid who works there gives terrible service. He was rude and ignored my brother when he was trying to buy a drink because he was watching something on his phone. Then tells him he cant buy it without singing up for a membership lmao

  If I need help I'll ask, stop bombarding me with questions and let me shop in peace. How many polite hints does it take? I'm clearly not interested in this boring forced conversation. This happened multiple times with different employees so it's a training issue. Advice: if someone's giving you short answers and not enthusiastically responding, just ease off! And that old guy guilt tripping ppl about memberships needs a sales course. Sheesh.

  Stop tryna force me to get a subscription package always getting mad and it’s gross. Phil needs to stop every-time. This makes me not want to go in the store. I need corporate number.

  On my recent visit, I knew what I wanted to get. But the cashiers were pushy and constantly tried to sign me up for some paid offers which I wasn't interested in the first place.
