I came in needing help replacing a pair of glasses that had broken, and from the moment I spoke with Ifra, she was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. She took her time with me, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable and understood all of my options. What stood out most was simply the way she treated me. Ifra is so sweet, soft-spoken, and genuinely caring. She has a way of making you feel at home, like you’re being helped by someone who actually cares about you rather than someone simply doing their job. That kind of kindness is becoming harder and harder to come across, and it deserves to be recognized. She turned what could have been a stressful situation with my broken glasses into such a positive experience. Her patience, professionalism, and personality are exactly what customer service should look like. LensCrafters is extremely fortunate to have someone like Ifra representing them.
