First time visit and totally positive experience. Punctual, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Applied a nice coupon I didn’t know about to my contacts order and all I needed for them to find my insurance was my personal details. I will come back!

I’m torn writing this because the retail staff at this LensCrafters were some of the kindest people I’ve dealt with. Will and Titiana are absolute gems. They didn't just "help" me; they spent so much time making sure I felt confident in my frame choices and walked me through the headache of insurance until everything made sense. They were so warm and friendly that I actually felt at home while I was there—which isn't something you usually say about a doctor's office. Ifra was also so pleasant and made the screening process seamless before my exam. TEA ✨️
However, my experience with the optometrist, Dr. Dominguez, was deeply concerning and honestly unprofessional. First, the exam was giving rushed, and assembly line vibes. At one point, a large bar on the equipment fell and actually hit me in the face. Rather than showing genuine concern, his only response was a casual, "We should get a new one." Even more worrying was the experience with my wife. One of her scans flagged a potential risk for glaucoma. Instead of investigating or explaining the discrepancy, the doctor dismissively said the machine was "probably wrong" because the photos looked fine. I had to personally insist that they retest her. They did, and the result was normal, but his lack of thoroughness was wild. As someone who works in healthcare, I’m shook by the lack of clinical diligence here. I left feeling zero confidence in my own exam and very unsettled by how the equipment and the screening results were handled by the provider. Go for the frames and the wonderful service from Will, Titiana, and Ifra, but I would seriously caution anyone against this provider. 🙏🏽

Friendly technicians (Ellen) who went out of their way to accommodate, explain, assist, research and be generally helpful. The doctor, Dr Dominguez, went out of his way to explain things, answer questions, offer options, go over details, and make sure I understood. The overall experience in the office was a team that worked together efficiently to get things done. Great location with parking available.
