- JGJia Guo5 days ago1.0Absolute horrendous experience at LensCrafters in Lincolnshire specifically with a staff named Jessica. My mom who doesn’t speak English well and clearly still had some questions she would like to answer before the exam. However when Jessica saw my mom struggle with questions, instead of helping, she got very inpatient and tried to force my mom to do the exam - saying, we are on a schedule so you need to get this done now! However there was no other costumer in the store at the time so why the rush and impatience?! She then proceeded to say she is only following company policy. So I want to ask the is, is this LensCrafters policy to abuse and pressure the elderly with language barriers?
