Unfortunately they are forced by corporate to do things that are typically reserved for what people accuse car salesman of. I recommend never actually purchasing the frames and lenses there, but it's a great place to "shop".

I picked them up at the Vernon Hills location, but when I put them on, everything was blurry, and I could not see clearly. I was told that I had to go back to the Lincolnshire location, where I had my eye exam, instead of anyone helping me there. Thankfully, my experience at the Lincolnshire store was completely different. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, quickly identified the problem, and resolved it right away. Thank you to the Lincolnshire team for making sure I had the right kind of sunglasses that I could actually see through!
