- SSSammy Sammy4 days ago5.0My first time visiting a lenscrafters because I needed some reading glasses.. the service alone would have me buy something just because it was that good.. it was fun and very thorough.. i even got to see behind my eyes..lol.. the Dr is remarkable to say the least and she was very kind and detailed and I'm really excited to get my reading glasses when they come in.. amazing job to everyone there!..

I was called three times to confirm my appointment, sent multiple text messages daily, and none of it eluded to filling out a form until I called and asked. I am then texted AGAIN a form to fill out to confirm my info. The wait was OK. However the machines are all smudged. I was expected to read lines through white fog on every machine until I asked for it to be cleaned. The doctor must be new as she stood in front of the mirror asking me to read the bottom line. Awkward. I'm not very confident I got the right prescription. The doctor here lacks confidence. At one point when I tried to read the bottom line she just said "eh" in a way like it was "close enough". The desk staff took a while to fill out paperwork. Then called us back in to the store as we were walking out to enter the info into the computer again. I've also had to refund glasses from here. The office never asked me what type of lenses I wanted. I was given designer lenses with the name etched in the corner in my peripheral vision. Plus, there are mainly fashion frames so enjoy spending $200-$400 if your insurance covers them. I just want a simple eye exam... I guess the new machines are trustworthy, at least I feel like those are doing something (if they were kept clean). Ask them to clean every piece of equipment before you use it.
