  Hey guys I’m going to be taking a break until the end of the month due to dr appointments and some other things besides work that are taking up my free time. I want you to know that I feel fantastic thanks to all of you. I appreciate your patience with me . This was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. When I return I may not be as aggressive on my appointments but I’m in it for the long haul.

The stretching sessions have been a great way to improve my flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.   When I first came to the lab, I was honestly a little skeptical. Then I met Tony, the office manager, who took the time to walk me through the program and explain all the details. His professionalism, genuine care, and exceptional customer service are qualities that are missing from so many businesses today. After meeting him, I knew I had to join! Frank has also been an amazing addition to my week. You don’t always realize just how much stress you’re carrying throughout the week until you finally have a chance to release it. Every time I leave the lab, I feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on whatever comes next. Thank you, Tony and Frank, for all that you do and for creating such a welcoming and positive experience. I truly appreciate you both!

  Polly is wonderful and truly knows what she’s doing. I really appreciate her unique combination of massage therapy and yoga-based stretching. She knows exactly which areas need attention and helps me feel both deeply relaxed and well stretched. She’s lovely, knowledgeable, and provides just the right amount of strength and pressure for my needs. Frank is wonderful as well! He’s very experienced and knows how to work with different pressure points. He has his own unique massage style, which I really enjoy and find very effective. Maya was also excellent. She’s very knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in her technique. You can definitely tell she knows what she’s doing. I’ve had a great experience with all three of them. Each has a different approach and style, and I appreciate what each of them brings to the experience. I am definitely recommend StretchLab , it does helped me a lot ! Great job Libertyville team !!
