StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Libertyville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I've been very impressed with the variety of stretches and how helpful it's been for my physical recovery from my gym workouts. Stretch Lab has been a great way to help relax, recover and restore my body. I highly recommend.

I had a 50 minute session will be coming back. I did physical therapy that did nothing. I was going to the Chiropractor three times a week just to get through my daily routine after I will clean my body will go out. It was so tight and so sore and severe pain one stretch I feel a little bit like my old self so thank you stretch Lab. !
